Strategic Program Manager – Global Store Automation
As Strategic Program Manager at Rituals, I led a complex international transformation program focused on automating end-to-end processes for non-sellable items across the global store network. The program spanned 31 countries and coordinated multiple parallel initiatives, balancing delivery speed with scalability and alignment across diverse markets and operating models.
Marketing Collaboration Platform
A core initiative within the program was the implementation of a marketing collaboration platform designed to improve cross-functional coordination across the full value chain. The solution connected teams from early campaign ideation and design through production and distribution to stores, increasing transparency, clarifying ownership, and improving collaboration between Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.
Automated Distribution of Styling Items
I also led a project to automate the distribution of styling items to stores. This replaced manual store ordering with a centrally triggered distribution model based on campaign planning and store counts. Styling materials were automatically delivered in line with campaigns, reducing operational effort for store teams and ensuring consistent execution across all markets.
Store IT Hardware Lifecycle Automation
In parallel, I was responsible for a third project focused on the end-to-end automation of store IT hardware processes. This covered the full lifecycle from ordering and financial and administrative allocation through distribution and inventory tracking, creating a more controlled, scalable, and transparent setup for managing store IT assets.
Stakeholder & Program Governance
Across the program, I managed dependencies and risks and worked closely with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business, including Retail, Wholesale, and Travel, as well as core functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Store Design, Procurement, and Business Technology, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
