Freelance Technology Business Consultant – Aviation & Enterprise Transformation (Netherlands)
I supported Transavia within the Crew Management NextGen program, leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. I acted as Workstream Lead, overseeing five business workstreams focused on the end-to-end optimisation of the crew planning and crew management landscape.
My work included BPMN process modelling, process maturity assessments, and the design of process improvements across complex operational systems. I defined business and functional requirements for a next-generation crew planning solution and led the vendor selection process through RFI and RFP phases in close collaboration with IT, architecture, and security stakeholders.
I currently continue my freelance engagement as UAT Lead, where I set up and manage the full User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for the new crew management platform. This includes defining the UAT strategy, translating business requirements into end-to-end test scenarios, coordinating business users, IT teams, and external vendors, and owning defect management and release decision-making.
This engagement highlights my expertise as a freelance technology consultant, business transformation lead, and UAT lead, delivering complex enterprise change across regulated, mission-critical environments in the Netherlands.
